Is jetting better than a cable machine for tree roots?
Usually, yes. A cable head trims roots but leaves fine growth on the wall, so the choke returns within months. The jet cuts the mass back and flushes the debris away.
Will high-pressure water damage older pipes?
Not when it is done properly. Pressure is set to suit the pipe material and its condition on camera, so original clay joints and newer PVC both get treated within their limits.
